About The Position
St. Dominic Villa, located in Hazel Green, WI, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team. The LPN will provide prescribed medical treatment under the general supervision of a registered nurse. Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse credentials and license in the State of Wisconsin.
- Active CPR
- Knowledge and/or experience in geriatrics.
- Knowledge and/or experience with state and federal regulations.
