About The Position
Crestwood Manor is seeking Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their team. As an LPN at Crestwood Manor, you will be responsible for providing the highest degree of quality nursing care to residents and supervising daily nursing activities performed by CNAs. This role involves administering medications and treatments, making nursing rounds, responding to emergencies, and ensuring resident privacy and dignity.
Requirements
- High school Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid NJ LPN License required
- CPR Certified
Nice To Haves
- 2+ Years experience in LTC or sub-acute setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility and accountability for the direct delivery of nursing services.
- Provide medications and treatment to residents.
- Make nursing rounds and assist with physician rounds.
- Respond to emergency calls throughout the community.
- Supervise direct care given to residents by CNAs/CHHAs.
- Complete all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensure that the resident’s privacy, confidentiality, and dignity are always maintained.
- Assist with assessments of residents and coordination of the residents’ plans of care.
