Requirements
- Current LPN license; psychiatric experience preferred.
- BLS certification; CPI/PMAB or equivalent de‑escalation training (or obtained after hire).
- Team-first mindset and reliability across 12‑hour shifts.

Responsibilities
- Perform focused assessments; report changes promptly to the RN/Provider.
- Administer medications (including long‑acting injectables); perform wound care and routine treatments.
- Support crisis intervention with therapeutic communication, grounding techniques, and milieu management.
- Assist with admissions, belongings searches, vitals, labs, and discharge readiness.
- Maintain accurate EMR documentation and reinforce patient/family education.
- Coordinate with rounding providers and daytime interdisciplinary teams to keep care plans moving.
- Support safe discharges and smooth handoffs to evening/night teams.
