About The Position

We have an amazing opportunity for LPNs that can order and dispense medications according to physician’s orders, carry out admissions and re-admissions, document activities through Point Click Care (PCC), ADL Flow sheet, Restorative Sheets, various treatment sheets, charge sheets, etc. as established by the facility, and direct and supervise the care given by a CNA/Med Aides. The role requires the ability to lift without restrictions and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Current license to work as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• CPR certification
• Able to work weekends

Nice To Haves

• One year experience
• Exposure to the senior population
• Familiarity with Point Click Care (PCC)
• Desire to serve and care for the senior population

Responsibilities

• Order and dispense medications according to physician’s orders
• Carry out admissions and re-admissions
• Document activities through Point Click Care (PCC), ADL Flow sheet, Restorative Sheets, various treatment sheets, charge sheets, etc. as established by the facility
• Direct and supervise the care given by a CNA/Med Aides
• Must be able to lift without restrictions
• Will also perform other duties as assigned
