Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatric Home Health
About The Position
Angels of Care is hiring Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses to provide one-to-one in-home care for medically fragile children in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Angels of Care is a nurse-founded, clinically led organization that has served the medically fragile community since 2000. Its stated values are Heart, Advocacy, Love, Outreach, and Speed (#HALOS). This role involves providing skilled nursing care in a home health setting, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient condition and completing assessments, educating and supporting families, and following each patient’s individualized plan of care. The position offers flexible scheduling, including day, night, and weekend shifts; 8–16-hour shifts are available. Full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules are listed. Pay is $35+ per hour, with weekly pay and an uncapped referral bonus opportunity. Angels of Care describes its mission as providing children and young adults in need with high-quality home health care in a loving, caring, and professional manner. Requirements
- Hold an active, unrestricted Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Have a minimum of one year of nursing experience.
- Be able to provide care in a home setting.

- Experience with high-acuity skills such as tracheostomy, ventilator, or G-tube care.
