About The Position
Piedmont Post Acute is an 88-bed skilled nursing facility located in Piedmont, South Carolina. The facility offers a close-knit, family-like environment. This PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position provides direct nursing care on an as-needed basis, supporting residents’ health, safety, and well-being within a collaborative care team.
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina
- Current CPR certification
- Must maintain all required continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and report changes in resident conditions
- Supervise and support CNAs to maintain quality care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Promote a safe, clean, and compassionate environment
