Requirements

BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) - Required to be current upon hire
Graduate of accredited LPN program.
Current Licensed Practical Nurse /Licensed Vocational Nurse certification.

Responsibilities

Utilizing specialized plan-of-care intervention.
Serving as a patient-care innovator.

Providing expert post-surgical care for a wide range of surgical procedures, including general surgery, orthopedic surgeries, and colectomies.
Providing age-appropriate care and recovery protocols for adult and adolescent patients.
Utilizing advanced skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
Engaging in quick decision-making, adaptability, and effective teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
Providing meticulous post-surgical monitoring and care to promote rapid and effective recovery.
Developing personalized care plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient to ensure a smooth and efficient recovery process.
