About The Position
Our nursing team is growing, and we need an LPN who wants more than just a job — someone who wants to be part of a practice where kids and families are known by name, and where the clinical team actually has each other's backs. You'll work side-by-side with one physician and his patients every day, in a fast-paced but genuinely collaborative office. This is a physician-led practice where the doctors are excellent clinicians and good people to work for.
Requirements
- Active LPN license (North Carolina or compact)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Able to work all scheduled shifts, including the rotating Saturday

Responsibilities
- Triage patients and conduct vision and hearing screenings
- Administer vaccines following pediatric immunization schedules
- Perform lab draws and point-of-care testing as needed
- Document accurately and efficiently in Veradigm EHR
- Work as part of a close-knit nursing team
- Maintain strong working relationships with physicians and patients
