About The Position

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Med Surg will develop and implement total nursing care through patient assessment, nursing diagnoses, and individualized care plans. This role involves providing leadership and collaborating with ancillary nursing and other healthcare team members to maintain professional nursing practice standards. The LPN will provide care for patients across the lifespan, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Requirements

• 2+ years of LPN Med Surg experience
• BLS (AHA)
• Active Oklahoma LPN license at the time of submission
