More about our team The Labor & Delivery/OB team operates on a 1:1 nurse to patient ratio. This unit has 10 beds with an invitingly warm environment, dedicated medical staff, and pediatric coverage by a Board Certified provider. Full and part time employees in this unit rotate every third weekend and major holidays.
Requirements
- Current state LPN license
- Degree from an accredited nursing school
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiopulmonary Life Support (ACLS) within six (6) months of hire
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within six (6) months of hire
- NRP within six (6) months of hire
- Recent LPN experience
Nice To Haves
- Two (2) to Three (3) years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
- One (1) year of Medical/Surgical or Critical Care nursing experience
Responsibilities
- Operates on a 1:1 nurse to patient ratio.
- Provides care in a unit with 10 beds.
- Rotates every third weekend and major holidays (for full and part-time employees).
