About The Position
Assisted is experiencing tremendous growth and is looking for LPNs for their Phoenix, AZ. Branch. As a Hospice LVN, you will deliver holistic, end-of-life care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. You will effectively interact with patients, caregivers, and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing practice.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited practical (vocational) nursing program.
- Current, active license as an LPN by the Arizona Board of Nursing including fingerprint card.
Responsibilities
- Deliver holistic, end-of-life care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation.
- Effectively interact with patients, caregivers, and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing practice.
