About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is a non-profit organization that has been in operation for 50 years. They offer stability and a supportive environment for their employees. This role involves one-to-one client care in a home setting, working with local clients nearby with short commutes. Common diagnoses nurses work with include TBI, CP, Premature Birth, Spinal Muscle Atrophy, and Epilepsy. LPNs/LVNs with experience in hospitals, long-term care, and schools are well-equipped for this role.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one client care in a home setting.
- Work with local clients nearby with short commutes.
- Manage common diagnoses such as TBI, CP, Premature Birth, Spinal Muscle Atrophy, and Epilepsy.
