About The Position

This role focuses on one-to-one client care in a home setting, providing nurses with a consistent client throughout their shift and short commutes to local clients. Common diagnoses encountered include TBI, CP, Premature Birth, Spinal Muscle Atrophy, and Epilepsy. LPNs/LVNs with experience in hospitals, long-term care, and schools are considered well-equipped for this role.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• Directly transferable skills from working in hospitals, long-term care, and schools.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one client care in a home setting.
• Work with local clients nearby with short commutes.
• Handle common diagnoses such as TBI, CP, Premature Birth, Spinal Muscle Atrophy, and Epilepsy.
