About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is a non-profit organization that has been in operation for 50 years. They offer stability and a supportive environment for their employees. The role involves one-to-one client care in a home setting, focusing on patients with various diagnoses. LPNs/LVNs with experience in hospitals, long-term care, or schools are encouraged to apply as their skills are transferable to home care.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
Directly transferable skills from hospital, long-term care, or school nursing.

Responsibilities

Provide one-to-one client care in a home setting.
Work with local clients nearby with short commutes.
Handle common diagnoses such as TBI, CP, Premature Birth, Spinal Muscle Atrophy, and Epilepsy.
