Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Home Care Nights
About The Position
BAYADA is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) with a passion for one-on-one skilled nursing care to join their Camden County, NJ offices. They are looking for nurses to provide care for a 23-year-old male client in Deptford, NJ, who is trach and vent dependent. The care is needed on Thursday nights and every other Sunday nights, from 9 PM to 5 AM. BAYADA emphasizes providing an excellent onboarding and training experience, nurse appreciation events, and a strong referral bonus program. Private duty nursing offers traditional shift types, hands-on care with a single client, and the opportunity to build relationships and witness client milestones. The role involves traveling to a client's home, following doctors' orders, performing assessments, monitoring clients' conditions, and documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in New Jersey
