About The Position

Provides nursing care to patients defined by the unit’s scope of care. Under the direction of the RN, collaborates with physicians, the patient and family, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to meet each patient’s individualized needs. Requirements

LPN Degree/Diploma
Current Licensed Practical Nurse licensure in the state of employment
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or obtained within 3 months of employment
Must have completed IV medication courses through LPN curriculum or be IV certified
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification within 1 year of employment
