More about our team Join our team where you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team of Registered Nurses (RNs) and Physicians. You will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality patient care. As supervised and delegated by a registered nurse, provides direct patient care in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree or Diploma in LPN
  • Licenses Current LPN to practice.
  • Current LPN License
  • Basic Life Support certification is required

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Clinic experience preferred
  • Women’s Services and/or OB/GYN experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Under the direction of an RN or Charge Nurse, contributes to the assessment of patients by collecting data for analysis by an RN
  • Performs plan of care interventions, including specimen collection and wound care.
  • May administer medication.
  • Documents patient care given.
  • Assists RN with development of plan of care
  • Assists patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation
  • Monitors, documents, and communicates patient's status and reactions to interventions with RN, physician, patient, and families
  • Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient
