More about our team Our Cardiovascular Clinic nurses are part of a close‑knit, highly collaborative team dedicated to improving patients’ heart health every day. Working alongside physicians, APPs, and support staff, our nurses share accountability for quality outcomes, continuity of care, and patient education—building strong relationships with both patients and teammates in a supportive, outpatient environment. How you'll contribute A Clinic LPN who excels in this role: Collects and documents patient intake data. Maintains accurate and complete patient records. Provides patient support that reflects considerations for emotional, physical, social, cultural, religious and economic influences. Assists with routine clinic support activities. Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient. Maintains appropriate, safe and therapeutic environment per clinic policy. Assists with performing patient assessments and treatments under the supervision of a physician. Requirements

  • Applicants should have a state of Michigan LPN license and have graduated from an LPN or LVN Program.
  • Additional requirements include Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP)
