The Behavioral Health Unit (BHU) team is growing, and the 12-bed unit provides adult, acute behavioral health treatment. There are plans to expand the service, offering professional growth opportunities as the team culture develops.

Requirements

• Current VA or compact LPN license.
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

• ACLS, PALS & ASLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing functions delegated and assigned by the registered professional nurse or licensed physician.
• Administers nursing care and medications.
• Assists physicians with procedures.
• Monitors patients.
