About The Position
The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct and indirect patient care services requiring technical and manual skills, within the scope of practice, that meet the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care, and meets the communication needs of the patient and family. The LPN performs under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) required.
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
Nice To Haves
- IV certification and Blood Withdrawal (BW) certification within 90 days of hire date.
- Work experience in health care preferred.
