Requirements

Active Tennessee Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in Assisted Living, Senior Living, Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, or related healthcare setting
Current CPR/AED Certification
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to pass background screening and drug screening
Must be at least 18 years old

Nice To Haves

Experience with electronic documentation systems preferred

Responsibilities

Supervise and support resident care staff to ensure quality care and services
Monitor resident health and respond appropriately to changes in condition
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare providers
Assist with assessments, documentation, and care planning
Ensure compliance with state regulations and community policies
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to caregiving staff
Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care every day
