Licensed Practical Nurse-Assisted Living
About The Position
United Hebrew is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our exceptional nursing team. In this role, you will provide direct nursing care to residents by administering medications and treatments, monitoring changes in condition, assisting with assessments, and supporting the development and implementation of individualized care plans. You will work closely with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure residents receive exceptional, person-centered care while maintaining accurate electronic medical records and adhering to all regulatory and clinical standards.
Requirements
- Current New York State LPN license
- Excellent clinical judgment
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in long-term care
- Previous experience in skilled nursing
- Previous experience in rehabilitation
Responsibilities
