About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care within a long-term care environment. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering resident-centered care, promoting safety and well-being, and collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to support optimal resident outcomes.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program required.
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License in the State of North Dakota required.
Current CPR/BLS Certification preferred.

Nice To Haves

Previous Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Rehabilitation, Assisted Living, or Geriatric Care experience preferred.
Current CPR/BLS Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions safely and accurately.
Monitor, assess, and document residents’ health status, symptoms, and responses to treatment.
Identify and promptly communicate changes in resident condition to the appropriate healthcare providers.
Maintain accurate, complete, and timely nursing documentation.
Assist with developing, implementing, and updating resident care plans.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
Educate residents and family members regarding treatments, medications, and healthcare needs.
Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
Ensure compliance with nursing standards, facility policies, and regulatory requirements.
Participate in quality improvement, infection prevention, and patient safety initiatives.
Respond appropriately to emergencies and changing resident care needs.
Attend staff meetings, care conferences, and ongoing educational programs as required.
