About The Position

Provides patient care services that meet the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care; meets the communication needs of patient and family; provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations, under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited licensed practical/vocational nurse program
Current state license as Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse
CPR/BCLS certification

Nice To Haves

ACLS
IV Certified required or obtained within six (6) months
Six (6) months’ Medical/Surgical experience
Six (6) months to One (1) Rehabilitation experience
