About The Position

At Advanced Medical Home Care, we believe nursing should be personal, empowering, and life-changing—and that starts with supporting you. As a Licensed Practical Nurse on our team, you won’t just provide care—you’ll build meaningful relationships, promote healing, and help patients maintain their independence right where they’re most comfortable: at home. Our nurses see 4–6 patients per day, providing 30–45 minute in-home visits including wound, catheter, ostomy, and medication management care. As a local, family-owned agency, we offer strong support, streamlined onboarding, and a collaborative team—so you can focus on your patients with less stress and more autonomy. Requirements

• Graduate professional school of Nursing; associate's degree in Nursing
• Current Registered Nurse (LPN) license in Minnesota (in good standing)
• Current CPR certification for Health Care Providers
• Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• 1–3 years of home care or clinical nursing experience preferred
• New grads welcome
