About The Position

BAYADA is seeking motivated individuals to join their Nurse Residency Program. This program is designed for new graduate nurses to flourish, learn new skills, grow with challenges, succeed in assignments, and advance their nursing careers. BAYADA focuses on quality care for clients and provides in-depth paid training from day one, along with access to adult and pediatric simulation labs. The program offers one-on-one patient care and flexible scheduling. BAYADA is an accredited, regulated, certified, and licensed home health care provider with 50 years of experience.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current New Jersey State nursing license in good standing.
• CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care.
• Utilize electronic charting.
• Participate in in-depth paid training.
• Work with clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
