A LPN/LVN float contributes to AHF by providing hands-on care topatients under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians. Your contribution as an LPN/LVN is essential in providing high-quality and compassionate care to patients, contributing to the overall wellbeingof individuals and communities. A LPN/LVN float enhances the reputation of AHF by providing multifunctional quality patient care and collaborating as a team at assigned Healthcare Centers as directed by the Regional NursingDirector. Providing patient education, accuracy in patientdocumentation, competency in Nursing Procedures, and leadership support as needed. You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives. Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
• Ability to provide hands-on care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians.
