About The Position
A LPN/LVN float contributes to AHF by providing hands-on care topatients under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians. Your contribution as an LPN/LVN is essential in providing high-quality and compassionate care to patients, contributing to the overall wellbeing of individuals and communities. Remember, every small act of care makes a big difference! A LPN/LVN float enhances the reputation of AHF by providing multifunctional quality patient care and collaborating as a team at assigned Healthcare Centers as directed by the Regional Nursing Director. Providing patient education, accuracy in patientdocumentation, competency in Nursing Procedures, and leadership support as needed. You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives. To be successful as a LPN/LVN float, it is crucial to ensure that the AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind with all that you do. Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) qualification.
