About The Position

Ozarks Community Hospital (OCH) in Gravette, AR is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for its Gravette Clinic. The LPN will provide direct and indirect patient care in the office/clinic setting, addressing the psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of care. This role involves meeting the communication needs of patients and families, demonstrating initiative and responsibility, and adhering to professional expectations. The LPN will work under the supervision of a PA, NP, RN, physician, and clinic manager, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and clinic policies. Key responsibilities include communicating patient clinical status, diagnostic results, and symptomatology to physicians and team members.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current LPN/LVN licensure in State of Arkansas.
  • Must hold a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross. Recertification required before expiration throughout employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Successful completion of Telemetry course preferred.
