About The Position
At Masters Heating & Cooling, Plumbing, and Electric, we value our employees from day one! A $5,000 Sign On Bonus is being offered for Journeyman and Master Plumbers who bring their skills and experience to service our ever-growing residential and commercial customer base in our Northern Indiana locations. If you are looking for consistent, year-around work, we have it! Ideal candidates must be proficient in repairing all types of plumbing fixtures and equipment.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all types of customers
- Demonstrated ability to forge strong relationships with clients
- Strong plumbing background with valid Indiana Plumbing License
- 3+ years of residential and/or commercial service experience
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- A driven work ethic with the willingness to learn and grow
- Must have good driving record
- Must be able to pass a medical screening
- Must have a clean criminal background check
- Indiana Plumbing License (Required)
- Driver's License (Required)
Responsibilities
- Testing, diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing systems and components
- Recognizes and adheres to all applicable Indiana plumbing codes
