Requirements

• Valid Illinois driver's license with a good driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Illinois Journeyman Plumbing license
• 4+ years of experience in residential plumbing
• Ability to work with a high degree of integrity and promote a positive company image
• Willing to work later hours when needed
• Knowledge of proper and safe use of tools and equipment
• Willing to pursue, develop, and participate in continuing education
• Strong communication skills
• Respectful and professional
• Experienced in troubleshooting, servicing, diagnosing, repairing, and installing water heaters, tubs, toilets, sinks, showers, various valves, water sewer, gas lines, drains, water softeners, etc.
• Outgoing, professional, adaptive, trainable, and HIGHLY MOTIVATED with a POSITIVE Mindset

Responsibilities

• Dispatch directly from home to customer job sites, fully equipped to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently.
• Build trust with homeowners by delivering prompt, reliable service.
• Troubleshoot, service, repair, and install a wide range of plumbing systems, including water heaters, tubs, sinks, toilets, sewer and gas lines, drains, and water softeners.
• Create positive customer experiences, consistently going above expectations and leaving every service call with a satisfied customer.
• Maintain a positive company image through integrity and professionalism.
