About The Position

Mr. Holland’s Home Services, a brand of Clarion Home Services Group, is hiring a licensed Journeyman or Master Plumber to serve Jackson, Wisconsin, and surrounding areas. This is an on-site, field-based, full-time role involving daily travel to residential and commercial job sites in the local service region. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with hours varying according to business demands and seasonal project volume, up to 40 hours per week. Occasional overtime, evening, or weekend work may be required to meet operational deadlines. The plumber installs, repairs, and maintains plumbing systems and fixtures, diagnoses malfunctions, and completes precise repairs. The role also involves presenting products and tiered service options to homeowners, responding to urgent plumbing needs, communicating with dispatch, maintaining a clean and stocked company vehicle, and completing digital service records accurately and promptly. Applicants must have at least two years of professional plumbing service, repair, and installation experience, including residential in-home sales or presenting tiered service options. A valid Wisconsin Journeyman or Master Plumber License, a valid driver’s license, and a clean, safe driving record are required. Candidates must be able to pass a background check and drug screening in accordance with local laws. The work takes place indoors and outdoors, regardless of weather, and may involve extreme heat or cold and dusty, wet, or dirty spaces. Physical activities include prolonged standing, walking, and kneeling; frequent bending, squatting, crawling, and twisting; handling loads up to 50 pounds; and safely climbing and working at heights on ladders, scaffolding, or bucket trucks. Base pay is $50–$62 per hour, with on-target earnings of up to $150,000 per year. The role is hourly and non-exempt, paid biweekly, and eligible for overtime and performance spiffs. A sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 may be available based on certifications and experience. Requirements

At least 2 years of professional plumbing service, repair, and installation experience.
Mandatory experience in residential in-home sales or presenting tiered service options.
Deep understanding of local plumbing codes and safety standards.
Valid Wisconsin Journeyman or Master Plumber License.
Valid driver’s license and clean, safe driving record.
High integrity and a strong desire for continuous improvement.
Personable, professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening in accordance with local laws and regulations.
Ability to meet the stated physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds and safely working at heights.
