Requirements

Active Louisiana journeyman plumber license (required)
3+ years of service plumbing experience
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Able to pass a background check and drug screen
Good with customers, shows up on time, takes pride in the work

Nice To Haves

Backflow certification a big plus (that's the $1,500 bonus)

Responsibilities

Run residential and commercial service calls: repairs, fixture installs, drain cleaning, water heaters, slab leaks, excavation
Perform backflow testing and repair if certified
Diagnose the problem, give the customer honest options, and do it right the first time
Build estimates and invoices in ServiceTitan, keep your van stocked and clean
Take your turn on the on-call rotation and respond fast when it's your week

Guaranteed base salary $58,000 to $65,000, paid weekly, plus commission and bonuses.
$1,000 signing bonus at 90 days. $1,500 if you also hold your backflow certification.
