About The Position

Mad City Windows & Baths, a proud company of the Renuity family, is seeking a Licensed Plumber. This role focuses on the remodeling of tub and shower units only. The ideal candidate will review company materials to determine job specifications, identify projects requiring permitting, and establish relationships with local inspectors to ensure projects are performed to code. Responsibilities include testing plumbing systems for leaks and modifying pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed for projects.

Requirements

• Licensed Master or Journeyman Plumber - State of Indiana + licensed to operate in Fort Wayne, IN
• Ability to grasp complex concepts and use good judgement
• Ability to follow safety procedures

Responsibilities

• Review company materials including contract, measure documents and pictures to determine job specifications
• Core focus is geared to remodeling of tub and shower units only
• Determine projects that require permitting
• Establish relationships with local inspectors to ensure projects performed to code
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and other problems
• Modify length of pipes, fixtures and other plumbing materials needed for projects
