About The Position

This role involves providing physical therapy services as a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant. The position requires a graduate from an accredited School of Physical Therapy program and CPR certification is preferred. The role demands skillful use of arms, hands, and fingers, frequent forceful exertion during treatment, and the ability to move, push, and pull heavy patients and equipment. Constant standing and walking are necessary, along with agility to work efficiently in space-limited areas. The assistant must consistently work at a productive pace and readily adapt to frequent treatment schedule changes. Key attributes include the ability to work under pressure, outstanding organizational, verbal, and writing skills, independence, motivation, initiative, self-discipline, and a proven positive, teamwork attitude.

Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited School of Physical Therapy program
  • CPR certification preferred
