About The Position

FYZICAL Westminster is a private practice owned and operated by a local Colorado Physical Therapist with over 40 years of experience who joined the FYZICAL Franchise in 2014. Our goal is to foster a positive and fun work environment. Working as a team is essential to the success of our patients and our company outcomes. We believe that one of the most important factors to a cohesive team is communication. You will have a monthly meeting with our Clinical Director to review your productivity to hit monthly bonus opportunities, review challenging patients, and meet on personal and professional goals. In addition, we schedule weekly staff huddles to review company goals and metrics, celebrate birthdays and milestones, and most importantly connect as a team. We also have weekly scheduled breakout meetings based on clinical and administrative roles to enhance learning and team bonding. Our weekly clinical meetings will contribute to PT licensing requirements and continuing education hours. In addition to our weekly meeting, we like to schedule team outings throughout the year for team bonding like Top Golf, Bowling, Rockies Games, Happy Hour and our favorite is our annual holiday party in December. We have a small company feel that is backed and supported by a national brand that provides additional support to every role within the organization. You will have the opportunity to connect with with other Physical Therapists on a local and national level. Efficiency within the clinic makes all the difference in how your day flows. We have a healthy mix of neurological and orthopedic patients that keep your clinical skills sharp. To help support the cadence of your day our clinic has invested in high level equipment to enhance your clinical outcomes and experience for the patient including: Nationally Certified Vestibular Treatment Center, Frenzel Goggles, Interactive fitness and balance board program, Computerized Balance Plate, Safety Overhead Support System, BFR System and training. Team members trained on cupping, stim, integrative and functional dry needling, integrative manual therapy techniques. Trained and highly skilled rehab technician support. Whether you are a new grad or an experienced therapist there is extensive continuing education opportunities so you can take charge of your self-development. FYZICAL provides an online portal that houses all our continuing education content which is self-paced. Weekend courses are also offered. National certification courses include: Balance, Vestibular and Concussion, Pelvic Health, Orthopedic and Manual Therapy, Custom Orthotics (In House), Integrative Dry Needling (In House).   • Ability to commute/relocate to Denver, CO 80234: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
  • Physical Therapy Assitance License (Preferred)
