Cornerstone Specialty Hospitals Muskogee is a long-term acute care (LTAC) hospital specializing in the treatment of patients recovering from post-intensive care and medically complex conditions. Our hospital provides both intensive care and telemetry-level services, offering advanced monitoring and support for patients requiring extended medical care. With a multidisciplinary team dedicated to personalized treatment plans, we focus on helping patients achieve significant recovery and transition to the next level of care.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program
- Current state licensure/certification as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Current Basic Life Support Certifications through American Heart Association
- Detail-oriented
- Proactive
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support in helping patients regain mobility and improve physical function under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Implement individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress.
- Contribute to discharge planning and patient education.
