About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists who are ready to build and lead a startup clinic as an Equity Partner. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, with a voice in location, culture, team development, and patient experience. Ivy Rehab provides comprehensive support in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Before the clinic launches, extensive training will be provided in leadership, team development, recruiting, clinic operations, financial management, community outreach, and team retention. Experienced leaders who have successfully opened clinics will offer guidance and support.

Requirements

License Required: Yes - Physical Therapist
Entrepreneurial mindset
Willingness to build and lead a startup clinic
Ability to partner with a national outpatient therapy provider
Commitment to providing world-class care
