About The Position
Ivy Rehab is seeking entrepreneurial Physical Therapists who are ready to build and lead a startup clinic in Williamsburg, Virginia, with the support of a nationally recognized outpatient therapy provider. This role offers the unique opportunity to become an Equity Partner, shaping a clinic from its foundation. You will have input on clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience, while partnering with a company that has a proven track record of successfully opening over 400 clinics nationwide. Ivy Rehab will provide comprehensive support in areas such as Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) to ensure the success of your clinic.
Requirements
- License Required: Yes - Physical Therapist
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Willingness to build and lead a startup clinic
- Ability to partner with a national provider
- Comfortable with equity ownership and direct benefit from clinic success
