Requirements
- License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state (Virginia).
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Eagerness to grow & learn.
- Interest in pursuing a specialty outside of standard ortho (sports, pelvic, vestibular, peds, neuro, geriatrics, etc.).
- Team player.
Responsibilities
- Provide world-class care in physical therapy.
- Spend quality time with patients.
- Focus on continuous improvement of patient outcomes and access.
- Utilize ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time.
- Participate in professional development tracks, continuing education, leadership development, residency cohorts, and mentorship programs.
