Ivy Rehab is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to join their dedicated team, providing world-class care in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) services. Requirements
- License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state (Virginia).
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Eagerness to grow & learn.
- Interest in pursuing a specialty outside of standard ortho (sports, pelvic, vestibular, peds, neuro, geriatrics, etc.).
- Team player.
Responsibilities
- Provide world-class care in physical therapy.
- Utilize ScribeIQ (an AI documentation tool) to reduce documentation time.
- Spend quality time with patients.
- Participate in professional growth opportunities, including mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, and leadership roles.
- Collaborate with other clinicians and teammates.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement of patient outcomes and access.
