About The Position

ERW Physical Therapy and Wellness is an outpatient physical therapist-owned private practice providing exceptional physical therapy services since 2002. We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our cohesive, highly reputable team in Thomson, GA. Our patient population primarily consists of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions, with a blended non-surgical and post-operative caseload including sport-specific rehab and joint and spine management. We emphasize personalized care, ensuring patients see the same therapist or team throughout their treatment. Requirements

  • Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
  • Active or pending state physical therapist assistant license.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional physical therapy services to patients with musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions.
  • Manage a blended non-surgical and post-operative caseload.
  • Provide sport-specific rehab as well as joint and spine management.
  • Ensure patients receive personalized and skilled physical therapy service.
  • Maintain an appropriate caseload and manage time effectively with patients.
  • See patients from the beginning to the end of their treatment.
  • Participate in individualized professional development opportunities.
  • Potentially serve as a clinical instructor, clinic leader, director, or assist in opening new clinics.
