Requirements
- Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapist assistant program
- Active or pending state physical therapist assistant license
Responsibilities
- Provide rehabilitation services for patients with musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions, as well as vestibular and balance issues.
- Manage a blended caseload including non-surgical and post-operative rehabilitation, sport-specific therapy, and joint/spine management.
- Ensure each patient receives the best possible care by maintaining an appropriate caseload.
- Support professional growth through specialty certifications and individualized development opportunities.
- Pursue career advancement opportunities such as becoming a clinical instructor, clinic lead, operations director, or facility launcher.
