Requirements

  • Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapist assistant program
  • Active or pending state physical therapist assistant license

Responsibilities

  • Provide rehabilitation services for patients with musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions, as well as vestibular and balance issues.
  • Manage a blended caseload including non-surgical and post-operative rehabilitation, sport-specific therapy, and joint/spine management.
  • Ensure each patient receives the best possible care by maintaining an appropriate caseload.
  • Support professional growth through specialty certifications and individualized development opportunities.
  • Pursue career advancement opportunities such as becoming a clinical instructor, clinic lead, operations director, or facility launcher.
