About The Position

Red Canyon Physical Therapy is an outpatient private practice dedicated to providing top-quality care with the best possible customer service experience. Established in 2016, we pride ourselves on using a unique blend of manual, evidence-based treatments combined with specific therapeutic exercises, emphasizing the importance of patient education to achieve desired outcomes. The patient population primarily consists of individuals with musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions. We manage a blended caseload of non-surgical and post-operative patients, including sports-specific rehabilitation, joint and spine management, and chronic pain conditions.

Requirements

  • Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
  • Active or pending state physical therapist assistant license.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Dry Needling / ASTYM® / IASTM / Cupping
  • Experience with Vestibular and Balance Rehabilitation
  • Experience with Pelvic Health

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate daily with a tight-knit, supportive clinical team.
  • Provide quality care to patients with musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions.
  • Manage a blended caseload of non-surgical and post-operative patients.
  • Utilize a unique blend of manual, evidence-based treatments combined with specific therapeutic exercises.
  • Emphasize patient education to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Engage in professional growth through specialty certifications and individualized professional development.
  • Support new graduates through a mentorship program.
