About The Position

Relient Health is seeking licensed Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) for full-time, direct-hire, permanent placement opportunities within established rehabilitation departments across New Hampshire. These positions are not travel, contract, or PRN. Openings are available in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health, depending on the specific location. Current openings are available in Concord, Franconia, Hampton, Laconia, Lebanon, Rochester, and additional New Hampshire markets. This role is specific to licensed Physical Therapist Assistants working within a rehabilitation department and is not a CNA, nursing assistant, medical assistant, therapy aide, or tech position.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
Active New Hampshire PTA license, or eligibility/pending licensure
Ability to work full-time in one of the listed New Hampshire markets
Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

Deliver physical therapy treatments as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist (PT)
Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans
Provide quality, compassionate care across appropriate rehabilitation settings
Document care in EMR systems per state, federal, and facility standards
Collaborate with PTs, rehab teams, and nursing/medical staff
Promote mobility, functional independence, and patient safety
