About The Position

Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS), therapist-owned and operated since 2016, is dedicated to providing exceptional therapy services. As the provider of outpatient therapy services for Mary Washington, we’re proud to be part of a strong, multidisciplinary team that brings together physical and occupational therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care. We believe clinicians thrive when they feel valued, supported, and equipped to grow. Our clinicians have the opportunity to participate in our Clinical Excellence Program, which includes mentorship, advanced training and certifications, OCS preparation collaboratives, and our TPS Orthopedic Residency Program. Our patients are what drive us. We treat every patient the way we would want ourselves and our families to be treated. Our mission is to provide the most personalized and skilled physical therapy services possible, all within a warm and welcoming environment. Our patient population primarily consists of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions. We carry a blended non-surgical and post-operative caseload with a great mix of sport-specific rehab as well as joint and spine management. As the largest outpatient therapy provider in the Fredericksburg area, we work directly with over 20 orthopedic MDs and PAs in over 10 community clinics affiliated with Mary Washington Healthcare. We maintain an appropriate patient caseload and understand how valuable time is with patients so they can receive the best care available. We come alongside our therapists during their professional growth journey, offering specialty certifications and individualized professional development. Do you have a strong specific interest or passion? We’ll help you get there. We can support specialty therapy services.
