About The Position

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Masters degree from an accredited college or university in a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience working with adult patients.
  • Active LICSW, LCSW, LCPC, or LPC licensure in any U.S. state is required at the time of hire.
  • Must be eligible and willing to obtain a Washington, DC license during the onboarding process (employer support and assistance are provided).

Nice To Haves

  • Maryland (MD) and Virginia (VA) licensures are a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outpatient individual psychotherapy and treatment planning using a structured, time-limited approach.
  • Conduct clinical intake assessments.
  • Provide cross-coverage support as needed across various care levels, including Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), addiction services, and group therapy.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
  • Ensure all services meet Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) and Joint Commission accreditation standards.
