Licensed or Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Therapist Counselor

The company aims to provide innovative, compassionate, and accessible care by creating a nurturing environment for its providers, focusing on supporting the team to show up fully for their clients. They offer a sustainable alternative to remote-only practices, emphasizing culture as the foundation with mentorship, supervision, and administrative support. For a limited time, associates pursuing full licensure are eligible for a sign-on bonus, along with individualized clinical supervision, coaching, and mentorship.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
- Texas clinical license (or provisional)
- Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills
- Experience with EHR systems and standard office tools
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- EMDR, Somatic, play therapy, eating disorders, or addiction training is a plus
- BIPOC and LGBTQ+ clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply
- Some evening and weekend availability is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assess mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy for individuals and groups
- Coordinate care with other providers as needed
- Offer support for grief, crisis, and life transitions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Attend team meetings and trainings to stay current on best practices
