About The Position
Jefferson Franklin Community Action Corporation (JFCAC) is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Older Adults Home Modification Program (OAHMP) as a contracted worker. This role involves completing aging-in-place assessments and follow-up assessments using the Home for Life design software. The position may also include oversight of in-house Certified Aging-In-Place Specialists (CAPS), evaluating data gathered by CAPS, and approving or rejecting plans developed by CAPS. Options for a one/other or hybrid contract are available.
