Requirements
- Possession of a license to practice occupational therapy as issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Occupational Therapy Education and Licensure.
- Must be able to perform essential job functions.
Responsibilities
- Assess individuals using approved methods and document findings in the electronic health record
- Develop therapy sessions based on individual needs and monitor progress toward treatment goals
- Share recommendations during multidisciplinary meetings to support coordinated care
- Participate in department meetings and committees to promote clear understanding of therapy services
- Request equipment and supplies and organize therapy areas to support effective treatments
- Complete physician ordered consultations for specialized occupational therapy interventions
