Requirements

  • Possession of a license to practice occupational therapy as issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Occupational Therapy Education and Licensure.
  • Must be able to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

  • Assess individuals using approved methods and document findings in the electronic health record
  • Develop therapy sessions based on individual needs and monitor progress toward treatment goals
  • Share recommendations during multidisciplinary meetings to support coordinated care
  • Participate in department meetings and committees to promote clear understanding of therapy services
  • Request equipment and supplies and organize therapy areas to support effective treatments
  • Complete physician ordered consultations for specialized occupational therapy interventions
